Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. As a licensed therapist who specializes in healing from trauma, I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up fully as yourself without fear of judgment. I work with late adolescents and adults experiencing unrest and symptoms from trauma; anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. I aim to help clients feel more connected to themselves and more equipped to navigate life with confidence and self-compassion. Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, and I’m honored to support clients through that journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Symptoms often make sense in the context of our experiences, relationships, and nervous system responses, so I work to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I integrate attachment-based therapy to help clients explore patterns in relationships, emotional experiences, and sense of self while building greater security and connection.

I am certified in Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that helps access and process experiences that may be stored beyond words or conscious awareness. Brainspotting can be especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and deeply rooted patterns that clients feel “stuck." My style is warm, attuned, and authentic, and I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where they don’t have to have everything figured out before showing up. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brings you to therapy, and talking about your goals, concerns, and hopes for the process. I also want to understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, and what has or hasn’t felt helpful for you in the past.

My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and a little less alone in what they’re carrying. Together, we’ll begin building a foundation of safety, trust, and collaboration while identifying meaningful goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
