My ideal client would be someone who knows what they want to work on or a general idea and is positive about getting psychotherapy. They would be looking to be more self-aware and intentionally mindful in their relationships and life. They would have some goals in mind that would make them want to seek therapy in the first place. They would be looking to improve coping skills, or relationship skills or how to be more fulfilled and creative in their life. It is what they are looking for which is important and what they want to work on. It is a special relationship, and the client and therapist should feel at ease.with each other
