Elizabeth Sylvester

I have been in private practice since 2018. I work with clients in pursuit of their goals. I have worked in acute psychiatric care facilities, community mental health, and with a hospital psychiatric unit. I bring that experience to my practice. I am a licensed professional counselor in Oregon, with a master's degree in mental health counseling and a B.S. in psychology.

I work with adults age 18 and up. My approach is eclectic and tailored to the individual. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to growth and healing. I specialize in PTSD and trauma but also work with the entire spectrum of mental health diagnoses.

In our first session we discuss history and goals as well as expectations for therapy.
