Great to meet you!

I’m a millennial mom and Salvadoran, and I’m also a first-generation individual in several aspects of my life. These experiences have shaped my understanding of identity, family, culture, and the many transitions we navigate throughout life.

I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating change and the feelings that can come with it, including periods of depression and anxiety. I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, and I integrate these approaches to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change.

My hope is that clients feel empowered, validated, and more confident in themselves as they move through the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I am to hold an interactive, collaborative approach and aim to maintain an open dialogue throughout each session. My hope is that clients leave each session with something they can carry with them—whether that’s a new perspective, a thoughtful reflection, a practical strategy, or a piece of homework to explore between sessions

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll review your intake paperwork and complete an initial assessment. This helps me better understand your background, current needs, and goals for therapy so we can begin developing an approach that feels right for you.
