Loneliness is at an all time high! Let’s meet together to help with that and get you feeling supported and connected as we also begin to work on issues (internal or external) that are holding you back. My favorite type of client is one who is sick of how things have been and is ready to change. I like to see adults (but I see older kids, too!) who are ready for that process. Growth takes work, but I am ready to come alongside you do this work, as you heal from your past and background. I would love to help get you where you want to be, to help you get healthier and stronger to get through the tough spots of life.

Areas of focus include: trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, anxiety, communication problems, spirituality and theological distortions. I have a lot of experience in counseling children and adolescents. I have lots of experience with foster parents and children, adoption, attachment work and parenting and family dynamics.

I have a passion for helping people work through various issues and problems to become healthier versions of themselves. This enables you to more easily achieve your life goals and dreams. We will catch up on your past, discuss what brought you to Therapy, and build our first treatment plan with three goals. We’d like to begin to accomplish in the first 12 weeks of therapy.
