Great to meet you!

Welcome—it’s a pleasure to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and psychotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. My work has been dedicated to supporting people living with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and severe mental illness.

I believe that caring for your mental health is essential to living a fulfilling life, and I recognize the courage it takes to seek support. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your needs. Depending on what’s right for you, this may include talk therapy, medication management, or a thoughtful combination of both.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative partnership. You’ll be heard, respected, and supported in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I listen closely, encourage open communication, and gently challenge when helpful—always with your growth in mind.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about connection. You’ll share what brings you here and what you hope to achieve, and together we’ll start building goals for our work. I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and empowered as we begin this process.
