Great to meet you!

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with women through some of the most complicated, meaningful, and transformative seasons of their lives. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re not quite sure what you need or where to begin.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I want you to feel genuinely seen, not judged, analyzed, or told who you should be. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and explore what you actually need and want.

I draw from approaches including parts work/IFS, attachment and relationship-based work, DBT-informed skills, and mind-body approaches. But more than anything, I believe therapy should be practical, meaningful, and connected to your real life.

What you can expect from me

From our very first session, we’ll begin getting to know who you are, the roles you carry, the dreams you have, and the places where you feel stuck or disconnected. We’ll begin making sense of what you’re experiencing together, and then bring what we discover in our sessions into your real life through intentional, practical weekly practice.

My hope is that therapy doesn’t just feel like a place where you talk about your life, but a place where you begin creating meaningful change within it.
