Great to meet you!

Great to meet you, and thank you for taking this step toward support. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse with several years of experience in hospital, community, and outpatient psychiatry. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, trauma-related concerns, and insomnia. As a culturally sensitive provider, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where your background, values, and goals shape a treatment plan we build together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I work together with clients to build a trusting professional relationship where they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healing journey. My goal is to provide holistic care that looks beyond symptoms to understand each person’s strengths, values, culture, and life circumstances, and to prepare clients for greater self-awareness, resilience, and day-to-day functioning. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive, skills-focused therapy for adults with a range of psychiatric conditions, always tailoring treatment plans to fit each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children, adolescents and young adults to midlife and older adults, experiencing a range of psychiatric symptoms, including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and stress related to life transitions. In our first meeting, we collaborate to create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your age, stage of life, and goals, which may include medication management, coping strategies, psychoeducation and therapy or other supports to help you regain stability, improve daily functioning, and feel more hopeful and in control. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are heard, questions are welcomed, and we focus on practical steps forward together.
