Great to meet you!
You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own. Therapy can be a place where you feel understood, challenged in meaningful ways, and supported as you create lasting change. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, identity development, and relationship concerns, including couples, poly, and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and School Counselor, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world perspective. Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years in the business world after earning my Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University, then pursued my Master of Education in School Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill after intentionally choosing a career aligned with my values.
