My name is Ellen Karafa, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am also a Certified School Social Worker. I have worked within the realms of crisis response, incarcerated individuals and school. I also have extensive experience with trauma, depression, anxiety and grief and loss.
I am a therapist who will meet you where you are at. My therapy approach is client center and holistic while being supportive and providing guidance.
During our first session I want to get to know who you are and also share who I am to make sure we are a good fit. I will go where you need to go, while providing support and guidance.
