Great to meet you!

With 15 years as a clinical social worker in a complex and ever-changing world, I have found my niche in supporting adults with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, autism, and mood disorders. My curiosity fuels a persistent drive to continuously learn more about my clients, neurodivergence, and how to build and maintain a life of purpose, peace, and connection. I am particularly passionate about helping neurodivergent women and mothers unmask and find a better balance.

My approach to therapy

A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation upon which we can peel back the layers to discover your strengths and set meaningful goals. I have a laidback, supportive approach that empowers clients to show up as their authentic selves, and I can be more direct and assertive when needed. Being a person is hard. My hope is that we can work together toward a more mindful, compassionate, and holistic approach to ourselves and the world.

What you can expect from me

Our work together might involve unlearning stories rooted in trauma and creating new narratives based on your values and goals. We'll build a toolkit of skills and strategies for regulating emotions, meeting your needs, and coping with chronic overwhelm. We'll replace self-criticism with a new language of self-compassion, understanding, and kindness. We'll acknowledge the significant oppressive demands of our current world without drowning in them. (P.S. F-bombs are welcome here.)
