Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Elli, and I work with people across the lifespan (children, teens, and adults) who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about what comes next. Many of my clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply explore questions related to their identity and self-understanding. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are without pressure to have everything figured out. We will explore the experiences, patterns, and stories that have shaped you and build practical tools to help you navigate your daily life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. My approach is client-centered and relationship-based, which means I tailor therapy to you and your needs, and not the other way around.

I commonly use evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), along with trauma-informed care. With children and adolescents, I incorporate play therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support expression and healing in ways that feel natural and engaging for clients of all ages.

In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you understand yourself more deeply and build tools that you can realistically use to navigate through life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so the first session is all about easing in and getting to know each other.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you in, and what you’re hoping to get out of our time together. There is absolutely no pressure to share everything at once.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, comfortable, and confident about what moving forward together will look like.
