Hi, I am Dr. Ellis Ray Butler. I am a Ph.D. leveled mental health and substance use therapist. I counsel an array of emotional and behavioral aspects including ADHD/ADD, depression, personality disorders autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, anger management, juvenile crime prevention, men's issues, spirituality conflicts marriage therapy and substance abuse.

My approach to therapy

I'm credentialed in mental health, autism, trauma-focus, and substance abuse and have experience in marriage and family therapy. My training and experience have enabled me to focus on helping couples with communication, thinking errors, conflict/resolution and other issues. My experience with treating autism in individuals and offer support for the families.

What you can expect from me

I believe that people can change and grow throughout their lifespan identifying life challenges and making positive cognitive choices. Counseling can facilitate self-understanding as well as understanding of others. My clients range from adults and older adolescents dealing with individual life challenges, to couples dealing with relationship issues.
