Great to meet you!

I came to psychiatric care because I wanted to build real relationships with the people I treat, not just manage symptoms from behind a clipboard. I bring warmth to every session and I ask a lot of questions, because understanding your full story, not just your diagnosis, helps me find the right path forward together. I support people working through anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I stay open to adjusting my approach as your needs change. Whether you are looking for medication management, some therapy mixed in, or just someone who will really listen, I want to be a steady, flexible partner in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and collaborative. I ask thoughtful questions to understand what is really going on for you, not just the symptoms on the surface, and I stay open to changing course as we learn what works together. We will build a plan for anxiety, depression, or PTSD that actually fits your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, expect an open, curious conversation. I will ask about your history, your goals, and what has or has not worked before. We will talk through options together, and you will leave with a clear, personalized plan and a sense that your care is truly collaborative.
