Great to meet you!

Hello!

For the past 18 years, I've been dedicated to practicing psychotherapy. As both a practitioner and a lifelong student of depth psychotherapy, I strive to embrace the whole person—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

My academic journey includes a bachelor's degree in social work, a master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of San Francisco, and four years of doctoral training in depth psychotherapy at Pacifica Graduate Institute.

My approach to therapy

Regardless of the therapeutic approach I use—be it Cognitive-Behavioral, Gestalt-Family Systems, Solution-Focused, or Expressive Arts (Humanistic)—I always ensure that the spirituality of my patients plays a significant role in the healing process. This holistic integration fosters a deeper, more comprehensive therapeutic experience, aligning with ethical and professional standards in mental health care.

What you can expect from me

If selected our work together will be collaborative to ensure our work together is most beneficial to you. Empathetically, challenge and encourage you to try new ways of thinking.
