Great to meet you!

I strive to offer a welcoming, judgment‐free environment where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. My work centers on building trust, honoring each person’s story, and creating space for meaningful growth. Whether a client prefers a faith‐integrated perspective or a strictly person‐centered approach, I adapt my style to meet their needs, helping them move through challenges with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

As a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate, I’ve had the privilege of serving individuals and groups across a wide range of settings, from inpatient detox programs to outpatient therapy. These experiences shape the compassionate, cognitive‐behavioral lens I bring to my work, empowering clients to navigate obstacles and tap into their full potential.

What you can expect from me

In addition to my clinical roles, I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and Life Coach. I support couples in strengthening their relationships and guide individuals in achieving personal and professional goals. Through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework, I help clients improve communication, resolve conflict, and cultivate personal growth. My goal is to walk alongside each person as they build lasting change and a more fulfilling life.
