Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing mental health is the key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be hard so congratulations on taking that step. I have been working in the mental health field since 2012 and have been a Special Education teacher since 1991-2020. Recently, I have combined these passions into serving Seniors and People with Disabilities who are struggling with Geriatric issues, Alzheimer's Disease, Bereavement and Disability Issues. I also serve the LDS community with family and personal issues.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we will act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It is important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I will be there to listen to you, bolster you and assist you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming, secure environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing. From there we will work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
