My approach to therapy

Cultivating rapport is paramount for any relationship, but especially the therapeutic relationship. Transparency is the foundation of my practice and I believe it promotes the sense of safety needed to support the freedom to explore without judgement, process past and present experiences, and promote continued self discovery during and after treatment.

What you can expect from me

The goal(s) that I hope one will gain is building upon existing awareness, making connections that foster a sense of clarity, and empowering the ability to choose your responses.
