Great to meet you!
I want to support people in creating change and connecting with their authentic selves. I obtained my bachelor's degree in psychology from Gonzaga University in Spokane. I began my work in social services as a Domestic Violence advocate at a local shelter for women before obtaining my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2005. I worked in community mental health with families and children before starting in private practice in 2010. I work with older teens and adults of all ages. I am comfortable working with a diverse population and will be respectful of your world view, background and life experiences. I am committed to providing a safe place where you feel seen.
