Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping people connect to their authentic self, embrace this authenticity, & use it to create a life worth living. What makes a “life worth living” is so specific to each person & whatever that means to you, I am here to help support you in getting there. I will help you determine what is getting in the way of feeling as though your life is meaningful and fulfilling and help you move forward in the face of these challenges.

My approach to therapy

We all want to connect with others and be accepted for who we are, and I strive to create an environment in session where your thoughts, emotions, pain, trauma, and shame are safe to be explored, expressed, and resolved. I’m honored to be here to witness your journey to become the person you were always meant to be. People don’t heal in isolation, people heal through connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will focus on getting to know you and exploring what brings you to therapy at this time. We will review some of your history and you will have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. After I have a sense of what's bringing you to treatment, we will discuss your goals for therapy. Where would you like to be 6 months down the line? How would you know therapy had been successful? That's what we'll work towards.
