Great to meet you!

I am a busy mom with two boys on the autism spectrum. I enjoy knitting, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends. I have a master's degree in social work from the University of Maryland and have over ten years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. I aim to create an inclusive, anti-racist practice that helps heal generational issues. I support the LGBTQIA+ community and work to create a judgment-free environment.

My approach to therapy

I am a solution-focused, strenghts-based therapist. I work with couples, families, and individuals using eclectic modalities, such as narrative therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness. My goal is to help clients deal with anxiety, depression, and past trauma with compassion. I have a special interest in working with couples and individuals who are neurodivergent, supporting their efforts to communicate effectively and understand their brains.

What you can expect from me

My clients take away communication strategies to support their relationships, a better understanding of a neuro-spicy brain, and insight on how to love themselves.
