Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! I specialize in supporting adolescent girls and young women who are navigating life transitions and working on learning how to love themselves! I provide my clients with a non-judgmental and empathetic space where they can openly express their thoughts and feelings. I want therapy to be what you need it to be! Your therapy session is time dedicated solely to you. My hope is that we are able to spend our time being present; focusing on any challenges, changes, or celebrations you’d like to discuss. I am a supportive, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist. I work with individuals who seek to improve their communication skills, stress management skills, self-esteem, and any symptoms related to anxiety and trauma. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to become confident in their ability to manage life’s challenges. My personal interests include hiking, reading, astrology, spirituality, and traveling!

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is tailored to each individual's needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will cover housekeeping items, review intake documentation, learn one breathing technique, and go over the timeline of your life for me to understand your background and where you're currently at! We can also make time to discuss any hot topics you really want us to cover during that first session. You will leave with one homework assignment to try between sessions!
