Great to meet you!

I have a perspective that is unique.

With years of experience in psychotherapy, an analytical approach to making meaning of the world, and my deep experiencing with the existential and spiritual side of life- I offer guidance and support that is balanced, direct, and action oriented. I specialize in grief, bereavement, and life transitions. I am equipped to support many mental/ emotional struggles.

My approach to therapy

What I offer is not only seeing you and holding a safe space for you, but also an understanding of how all of your parts come together and a direction in which to move to make lasting changes in your life.

When hearing your story, I visualize the patterns in your story that have been influenced by your experiences, your pains, your disappointments, your feelings and your beliefs. When I recognize these patterns, I work together with you to help you learn and implement new strategies to apply to your mental struggles and emotional blocks.

What you can expect from me

My goal and my process is to help you unravel the tangled ball of your thoughts, feelings, and actions that leave you feeling misaligned to your core and keep you chronically dissatisfied with your life. In our first few sessions you can expect me to inquire about these areas of your life and together, determine what would be most helpful on your therapeutic journey at this time.
