Great to meet you!

My name is Emily. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Lesley University in 2018. I've worked in residential care, community mental health, inpatient, PHP/IOP, and private practice with a wide range of ages and diagnoses. My approach is person centered and holistic.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with mindfulness and emotion regulation based strategies to support clients experiencing trauma symptoms such as PTSD and complicated grief. I incorporate play, curiosity, and creative and expressive arts as a focus in my work with individuals open to exploring the power of healing arts.

What you can expect from me

I am a firm believer in collaboration, transparency, and authenticity in my work as a therapist. I have experience working with children 4+, adolescents, adults, family and group work. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, compassionate, and collaborative space where we can work together to explore issues that are troubling you.
