Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist that is the right fit for you can be daunting. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to be who you are and safely process your hardships. Life can be messy, embarrassing, hurtful and lonely. I'm here to work through it with you. I encourage all of the people I work with to understand that if nothing changes, nothing changes.

I have experience working with adults and teens. The biggest indicator of success in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. However, I work hard to stay up to date with treatment modalities to support a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and codependency.

My approach to therapy

Each person has individual needs, desires and goals for therapy. I approach therapy from an open lens, identifying how a client lives their lives and then pair treatment models uniquely for them. I consider the social, biological and psychological challenges of each person. Everyone's life is endlessly complex and we are the master's of our own lives.

What you can expect from me

You deserve to have a life worth living. We can work together to stop any unnecessary suffering and develop a life that you can manage, enjoy and thrive in. I expect that my client's take away something they can work on each week to increase the momentum of their recovery.
