Great to meet you!

I primarily work with adults and couples who are looking to improve their mental health and relationships. Together, we can work on developing coping strategies, enhancing self-awareness, and achieving personal goals, all in a supportive environment.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has the potential for change and growth. I utilize a person-centered approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought and relational patterns. I also incorporate my EMDR training into sessions to bring a trauma-informed approach to our conversations. My sessions are collaborative, and I aim to create a safe space for exploration and growth.

What you can expect from me

My hope in working with clients is to see them experience a broader understanding of themselves as they gain strength in their everyday lives. I enjoy seeing clients feel empowered towards the end of our time together. I am grateful for each client I work with and would be honored to sit alongside you.
