Great to meet you!

I have a vast background of work experience prior to getting my counseling degree, which I really think has helped me in so many ways connect to my clients. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology. My licensures include LCPC, LADC and CCS. I enjoy working with a vast population particularly first responders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy really depends on the client. Everyone is unique and I try to match my approach to what will be the most helpful and comfortable for the client.

What you can expect from me

I like to use the first session to get to know my clients. Therapy can be scary and I want people to feel safe and comfortable. I like to go over expectations, paperwork and, answer questions someone might have. The goal is to build rapport and hopefully start to build a foundation for the therapeutic relationship.
