Great to meet you!

I am super passionate about providing affirming care to neurodivergent people. I received my Masters Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and have been working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults for my entire career. I think therapy should feel relational, and I aim to provide a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Every person is the expert in their life, and I love helping people see their strengths and challenging areas that clients feel stuck in.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very relational and casual. I am NOT a blank slate and you will definitely see me with fidgets, a comfy sweater, and a cup of coffee.

What you can expect from me

My first sessions typically include some background questions, and general get-to-know-you type work. I also like to know what your goals or expectations for therapy are (if you have them!) so we can stay aligned and on the same page.
