Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with women who often look ambitious on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or like they’re never quite enough.

Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, and chronic self-doubt, or are navigating big life transitions like motherhood, relationship changes, career shifts, or identity questions that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves.

I hold a Master’s-level clinical background as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor, and I specialize in working with adult women and couples using evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is real, honest, and grounded. You can expect real talk with me—I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits back and nods. I’ll gently name what I’m noticing in a way that’s meant to help you move forward, not stay stuck.

I take a holistic approach, meaning we look at more than thoughts—we pay attention to your patterns, your body, and how this shows up in your everyday life. The goal is real change that carries outside of session.

I use EMDR and body-based work to help you process what’s underneath anxiety, overthinking, and pressure so you can experience lasting change, not just insight.

I also specialize in individual EMDR intensives for women, as well as couples intensives for deeper work and faster results.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been going on and what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to prepare anything—we’ll start wherever you are. Most clients leave that first session feeling relief, like they finally have space to exhale and make sense of what’s been heavy.

From there, we start to get into the deeper work. This is where we slow things down, understand what’s underneath your patterns, and begin creating real shifts—not just insight, but change you can feel in your life.

More than anything, I want you to know you don’t have to show up perfectly here. We’ll make sense of what’s been happening and work toward helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more able to trust your own voice.
