Great to meet you!
With 15 years of experience ranging from the high-intensity environments of community mental health in Chicago and Denver to school social work and private practice, I’ve learned that true healing requires both clinical expertise and creative flexibility.
My clinical foundation is rooted in high-risk care, giving me deep expertise in treating trauma, substance use, and mood and psychotic disorders. Because of my background in school social work, I am uniquely equipped to navigate the complex educational and societal systems that often complicate our mental health.
Today, I specialize in supporting young adults as they find their footing, as well as parents—particularly those navigating their own neurodivergence while raising neurodivergent children. I approach this work through a collaborative lens, recognizing that many symptoms are understandable responses to lived experience, nervous system stress, and hormonal or systemic factors—not personal failures.
