Great to meet you!

With 15 years of experience ranging from the high-intensity environments of community mental health in Chicago and Denver to school social work and private practice, I’ve learned that true healing requires both clinical expertise and creative flexibility.

My clinical foundation is rooted in high-risk care, giving me deep expertise in treating trauma, substance use, and mood and psychotic disorders. Because of my background in school social work, I am uniquely equipped to navigate the complex educational and societal systems that often complicate our mental health.

Today, I specialize in supporting young adults as they find their footing, as well as parents—particularly those navigating their own neurodivergence while raising neurodivergent children. I approach this work through a collaborative lens, recognizing that many symptoms are understandable responses to lived experience, nervous system stress, and hormonal or systemic factors—not personal failures.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in trust, relatability, and real connection. I value authenticity and vulnerability—in myself and in others—and aim to create a space where you can show up as you are from day one. I trust intuition, welcome curiosity, and firmly believe that a sense of humor can be a powerful part of the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Whether we’re working through trauma, anxiety, mood-related challenges, my goal is to work with you to better understand your patterns, strengths, and needs, and to help you build a life that actually fits your brain and body—not just one that looks “right” to everyone else.
