Great to meet you!

Welcome! To seek therapy as a part of your overall wellness journey is an empowering step. Living in today’s world is uniquely complicated, and we often conclude our days feeling overstimulated and exhausted. Whether it stems from constant "masking" to fit in, past trauma, fending off the immeasurable pressures of social media, or navigating a difficult relationship - there is no shortage of challenges that come with existing in today's culture.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a therapy space rooted in safety, curiosity, warmth, trust and inclusion. Collaboration is an important element to the way I work with clients. I welcome client feedback and aim to foster a therapeutic relationship where you can simply "just be." I will meet you wherever you are in your journey.

What you can expect from me

Outside of the therapy office you may find me working a puzzle, building a flower arrangement or snuggling with one of my fur children. Please reach out for a consultation if you would like to see if we are a good match. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions for adults and couples.
