Great to meet you!

With a positive and strength-based approach, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges with mindfulness and optimism. My mission is to empower individuals on their journey towards personal growth and wellness. I am particularly skilled in working with those who have developmental disabilities, leveraging my experience in group therapy and program development for special needs advocacy.

As a Certified Autism Specialist, I have a wealth of experience working with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum. Additionally, I am a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, with a focus on school behaviors and executive functioning. I use my extensive training and experience to help clients of all ages overcome the obstacles they face when living with ADHD. My passion lies in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who face challenges in academics, parenting, family dynamics, transitions, and regulatory and behavioral issues. Besides supporting individuals with special needs, I also enjoy working with couples and young adults navigating life transitions.

Additionally, My commitment to education has led me to complete advanced coursework in cannabis, expanding my knowledge in this emerging area of wellness. I fervently believe in the potential of cannabis in mental health applications, leveraging my education to advocate for its use in therapeutic contexts. This unique expertise underpins my work, as I guide clients towards personal growth and mental wellness using a diverse array of therapeutic tools, including the potential of cannabis-based approaches.

My ultimate goal is to assist clients in addressing their issues with practical, long-term solutions, fostering a brighter and more fulfilling future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered. I believe that healing begins in a space of safety, authenticity, and trust. My role is to meet you where you are—without judgment—and to support your goals at your pace.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for understanding patterns of thought and behavior.
  • Mindfulness and somatic practices for grounding and regulation.
  • Attachment-based and psychodynamic insights to explore how early experiences shape present relationships and self-concept.
  • Narrative therapy to help you re-author your story in a way that feels empowering.
  • And when appropriate, I integrate trauma-informed frameworks and neurodivergent-affirming care to ensure inclusivity and safety.

Ultimately, my approach is collaborative and flexible. You are the expert on your life, and I’m here to offer tools, perspective, and presence to support your growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from our sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Whether we’re working through anxiety, grief, trauma, identity, or relationship patterns, my goal is to create a space where you can safely explore your experiences and gain deeper insight into yourself.

Over time, clients often develop:

  • Greater self-awareness and emotional clarity
  • Improved coping strategies and communication skills
  • Stronger boundaries and healthier relationships
  • Increased confidence in navigating difficult situations
  • A more compassionate relationship with themselves

Our work together is collaborative—I'm not here to "fix" you, but to help you reconnect with your strengths, make meaning of your experiences, and move forward in alignment with your values.
