Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor and certified yoga instructor. I graduated with my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and have 6 years of clinical experience. Coming from a background of anxiety and panic attacks myself, I understand what it is like to feel as though there is no way out. However, I am here to help you realize that there is light at the end of this tunnel. I work with adults suffering from anxiety, PTSD, depression, life transitions, & low self-confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I do not believe that there is one "right" way to engage in counseling, therefore I use an eclectic approach to help each unique, individual client find out what will work for them. I believe the entire person needs to heal-mind, body, and spirit. It is essential to give clients healthy coping strategies while also getting to the root of what is creating the distress you are experiencing.

What you can expect from me

You will have space each week to feel, think, and process in an unbiased room just for you - no one else! I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings, and where you can develop the skills and tools you need to thrive. With my education and experiences, I will allow you to feel seen, heard, and as though you truly belong and matter; because you do!
