Great to meet you!

With 11 years as a practicing clinician and 20 years dedicated to the helping profession and the field of addiction, I believe people are capable of meaningful change, healing, and growth—even when life has taken them places they never expected to go.

My goal is to help clients find greater peace, develop self-forgiveness and compassion, and build a life they can genuinely enjoy. I work with individuals experiencing addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and challenges related to involvement with the justice system. I also help clients navigate codependency and other relationship patterns that can develop alongside and create challenges in their lives.

Above all, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can be honest about their struggles, explore what is holding them back, and begin moving toward meaningful change. I believe therapy is not about becoming someone else—it is about discovering who you are, understanding your story, and learning how to live more fully from a place of self-acceptance.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates focused mindfulness-based techniques, such as Brainspotting, with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. I tailor treatment to each individual, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll identify what you would like to work on and discuss your goals for therapy. We’ll also explore how I can best support you as we move forward together. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the very beginning.
