Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 9 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I have a particular passion for working with anxiety-related disorders, including OCD and eating disorders, while also supporting individuals experiencing depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with patience, collaboration, and compassion. I understand that every client has a unique story, personal strengths, and goals. I tailor each session to meet clients where they are, using evidence-based strategies to fit their individual needs and preferences. Whether we're building coping skills, working through difficult emotions, or navigating life transitions, my goal is to help clients leave each session with practical tools, greater confidence, and a clear path toward meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you. I will not only focus on the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also your strengths, values, and what matters most to you. We'll discuss what you're hoping to achieve and begin developing a plan that reflects your goals. My hope is that you leave feeling more hopeful, with a better understanding of what to expect as we move forward together.
