Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome! My name is Emily Rokon and I am an LIMHP dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve greater emotional well-being. I graduated with my Master's in Social work from Grace Abbott School of Social Work and began in private practice immediately following graduation! My work with individuals began much earlier, through social work and non profit positions in the field. I have also had a passion for understanding people!

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a variety of other techniques that empower clients to identify and change negative thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create lasting positive change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

With a warm and compassionate approach, I work collaboratively with clients to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, perinatal related symptoms, and self-esteem issues.
