Great to meet you!

I have worked with adolescents and their families, figuring out how to communicate with one another and how to have a thriving, loving relationship. I have worked with clients individually to walk alongside them through a very difficult season of life. I have worked with young adults who are in times of transition. I have worked with a variety of cultures, specifically latino/a/x cultures helping deconstruct trauma that they have endured throughout childhood.

My approach to therapy

Life can be difficult going through adversities alone and sometimes having extra support is needed and that is okay. My purpose is to create a non-judgmental, safe space for you where you feel heard, validated, and most importantly supported. Mental health is a vital part of your well-being and I am honored to have the ability to offer those services.

What you can expect from me

My ultimate goal is for you to leave a session feeling lighter and relieved. Sometimes the weight of our problems can be so heavy, we need someone to help carry our heavy bag. I hope to be that helper for you. I hope you leave hopeful for the future, heard, and validated. Therapy is a process and although I don't have a magic wand to fix your problems (although, I wish I did). I can say that together, we can process and heal from traumas, anxieties, and depression in your life.
