Great to meet you!

I work with adult clients who are seeking support for anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the unique demands of perinatal mental health. My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from themselves and others. I work collaboratively to help clients gain insight into their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen emotional awareness. Together, we build a foundation of trust and understanding, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings while moving toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I help clients navigate emotional and relational challenges using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches. I integrate DBT, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, insight, and values-driven living. I also provide compassionate guidance for perinatal mood and anxiety concerns, fostering growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I know seeking therapy can feel uncertain, and you may want a space where you’re seen and understood. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment to explore emotions, reflect on patterns, and build skills and confidence. I walk alongside you as you navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions toward clarity, balance, and well-being.
