Great to meet you!

I bring 11 years of combined experience as a dual-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and AGACNP, which allows me to approach each person’s care with both knowledge and understanding. I believe that mental health care should be a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and genuine listening, because every individual’s journey is unique. I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans that support emotional well-being and long-term mental wellness. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported as you move forward in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you will have time to share your story and what has been bringing you challenges. I will complete a comprehensive mental health assessment, including your medical history, current medications, and factors that may be affecting your mental health. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns. I will provide education about a possible diagnosis and treatment options. We will work together to develop a plan that supports your goals. If medication is appropriate, it will be carefully considered and maybe prescribed at a follow up visit.
