Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Emily! I'm passionate about helping people transform their relationship with anxiety. If anxiety feels like it’s in control, you’re not alone—I understand that experience on a deeply human level. My goal is to equip you with the tools to navigate anxiety in an empowering way.

Anxiety is meant to protect us, though not always gracefully. By learning to tolerate discomfort and respond differently, you can build greater freedom and resilience. My approach blends mindfulness and self-compassion for lasting change. I’d love to support you on this journey to a more balanced life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor treatment to fit individual experiences and strengths.

I also believe that true, lasting change comes from not only developing new skills but also fostering mindfulness and self-compassion. By integrating these practices, I help clients build a foundation for long-term well-being and a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to gain valuable skills, resources, and new perspectives to support their growth. They’ll also experience a warm, energetic, and inviting approach—one that is both compassionate and direct.

I believe that the foundation of successful therapy lies in a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. Finding the right fit is essential, which is why I encourage a consultation call. It’s an opportunity to get to know me, ask questions, and see if my approach aligns with your needs as you embark on this challenging yet deeply rewarding journey.
