Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting individuals who are bravely interrupting patterns of generational trauma, generational neglect, codependency and other inherited dynamics. Whether you're setting boundaries for the first time, learning to parent differently, healing from toxic family systems or simply trying to understand your own needs, our work together will honor both your strength and your struggle.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual therapy from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework and incorporate other modalities, including EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), solution-focused therapy, and draw from PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) and Triple P. I work with children (ages 3+), adolescents, adults and families around anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, parenting support and life transitions. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming to clients of all backgrounds.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to me when they find that their feelings and actions are holding them back from experiencing fulfilling relationships and enjoying their lives. We work together to help find balance in their lives as well as identifying and changing patterns and core beliefs that may be holding them back.
