Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Autism Professional with a diverse background in clinical mental health and disability support. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent adults and people adjusting to chronic illness who want more out of life than just coping. In addition, I work with OCD, anxiety, depression, Bipolar/Mood Disorders, BPD, adjustment disorders, and others. My philosophy is to take a holistic approach--looking at lifestyle, environment, and spirituality to gain a complete picture on the issues.

If you're a client who's curious, insightful, and ready to grow, we'll get along great!

Note: For neurodivergent clients. Due to the limitations of Telehealth, my services are best suited for those without co-occurring behavioral, intellectual, or speech challenges requiring specialized intervention.

My approach to therapy

I blend evidence-based methods with a relational, down-to-earth style that helps clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. My work is collaborative and eclectic, guided by each client’s pace, personality, and goals. I often explore core beliefs, emotional patterns, and past experiences to help uncover deeper themes and gain lasting insight.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools to navigate life more confidently. Many walk away feeling lighter, heard, more self-aware, and more connected to their values.
