Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Emily! I'm a licensed clinical social worker, and I'm passionate about helping people gain the skills to cope with everyday stressors and life transitions. My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, and life transitions ranging from school, work, perinatal period, and motherhood. My approach is warm and down-to-earth. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to be themselves.

My approach to therapy

As a trauma-informed therapist, I use a blend of trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I find that my clients leave my office feeling empowered about their choices and feeling confident about the next steps on their journey.

What you can expect from me

I believe every person should have access to quality mental health care, at every stage of her life. I’m honored to walk with my clients on their journey. Through trauma-informed care and a mind-body approach to wellness, I offer a space where my clients can both heal and grow. I believe in the power of therapy to heal generational trauma and practice restorative justice.
