I'm a trauma survivor with extensive experience in helping survivors of trauma learn how to "Triumph Over Trauma." I'm also a Christian. I have over 30 years in the mental health field, and I'm a trauma expert, as well as a Certified Anger Management Specialist.

My approach to therapy

I used evidence-based psychotherapies that include CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Enriched Structural Family Therapies.
