Great to meet you!

I am a passionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (MSW, Stony Brook University, '16) who believes that healing happens within the context of safe, supportive relationships. For the past decade, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children (as young as 3), teenagers, adults, and families as they navigate life’s most difficult challenges.

My Specializations Include:

Trauma-Informed Care: Extensive background in complex trauma and specialized, evidence-based trauma-focused modalities.

Youth & Adolescent Mental Health: Deep expertise in treating behavioral disorders and navigating the unique psychological challenges of adolescence.

Family-Centered Therapy: Engaging families as critical partners in the therapeutic and behavioral change process.

Whether I am using play-based strategies with a preschooler or helping an adult process deep-seated trauma, my goal is to provide a compassionate, tailored approach for every client. Let's connect!

My approach to therapy

Versatile and solution-focused Licensed Social Worker specializing in trauma recovery and clinical disorders. Characterized by an open-minded, highly adaptable approach that meets diverse client populations where they are. Adept at tailoring evidence-based interventions to align with individual client needs, fostering rapid rapport, and facilitating goal-directed therapeutic outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment serves as a comprehensive initial assessment designed to gather clinical history, understand the presenting challenges that brought you to therapy, and identify your primary areas of focus.

True to my solution-focused and adaptable framework, this session is highly collaborative. We will openly discuss therapeutic expectations, frequency of sessions, and potential modalities tailored to your specific needs. Rather than enforcing a static treatment plan, we keep the path forward flexible, ensuring that the structure and expectations of your services evolve alongside your progress and goals.rward.
