Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Emma. I am looking forward to working with you. A little bit about myself. I have 15 years' experience in helping people navigate towards how they want to live their life and find clarity in the path they take.

I have had experience in mental health agencies, hospital work, hospice care and individual practice as well. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailored to your needs.

I believe that engagement in therapy should be supported with respect and understanding that you are not alone in your journey.

I am raising two grandchildren and understand the difficulties of parenting. I love to garden, love my two cats and being creative through fabric arts and collage as it brings me a sense of calm and centeredness.

My approach to therapy

I offer an open, nonjudgmental, curious environment to help you feel comfortable and reach your goals. I offer a gentle but honest approach to help identify how to move forward in your life.

What you can expect from me

I ask questions to help you delve into your life and what you would like to change in order to live your life with clarity and purpose.
