Great to meet you!

Is the world feeling like too much? Are you unsure of your next step or how to maintain stability?

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor looking to help those I work with feel less alone in whatever they’re currently navigating or carrying with them from the past. I have experience working with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, addiction, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have a background in crisis prevention and management with both adults and adolescents and rehabilitation support for those struggling with addiction.

My approach to therapy

I offer a person-centered approach using evidence-based practices that help to empower clients in reaching their goals and are tailored to the needs of each individual person. By connecting and building a relationship worth trusting in therapy, I hope to foster confidence in my clients that propels them into the next phase of their journey and allows for open exploration of how better to cope with life’s unpredictability.

What you can expect from me

I’m a firm believer that the language we use to engage with ourselves has an impact on our experience in the world and how we view people and moments around us. “When things change inside you, things change around you” is a phrase that resonates. For me, it illustrates an important connection between a person’s internal experience and the impact it has on their external world. I want to help my clients talk to themselves like someone they love and provide a soft place to land so that therapy feels like an easy thing to come back to, not a chore.
