Great to meet you!

I have been in the Human Service Field for over 25 years in various roles. I have an undergraduate degree from Albright College in applied psychology and organizational behavior and a master's degree in social work from Widener University. My passion is Mental Wellness with a trauma focus, in which I use a Holisitc approach to assist clients in their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a story. I show up in sessions curious about your story and empower you to rewrite it. This is done by exploring themes more in depth, understanding the layers of meanings and the complexity of your narrative. My ideal client is everyone ready to do the work. My treatment modalities are eclectic, due to my expansive background, person centered and tailored to each client's needs.

What you can expect from me

My motto is, come as you are and leave how you want to be. Sessions are curated to be safe spaces to reach treatment goals. Goals are developed by envisioning what your life looks like after you no longer need or want therapy. Collectively we will work together on figuring it out!
