Great to meet you!

I am an EMDR-trained trauma therapist who works from a feminist and existentialist lens. I work with women and men who have experienced trauma in various contexts, from birth trauma to First Responders. I am gender-affirming and love working with LGBTQIAA+ folks. Survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, workplace trauma, grief and loss, or just those going through a difficult time will find in me an advocate and a partner in healing.

My approach to therapy

I am all about making meaning; this might be through EMDR and adaptive learning, existential exploration, or looking at how various factors in clients' lives are contributing to their suffering and unhappiness. I am a coach and a cheerleader; I take a holistic approach, using bottom-up regulation techniques and working with the whole person, mind, body, and soul.

What you can expect from me

I am all about consent, feedback, and collaboration. I do my best to create a warm and cooperative environment that puts clients at ease. I try to reduce and be mindful of power differentials and treat my clients with respect. I value your autonomy. You are the expert in your life and I meet you where you're at.
