Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions across diverse care settings. My clinical background includes experience in inpatient, outpatient, and correctional environments, which has helped me develop a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to care.

I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and other psychiatric concerns. I value evidence-based treatment, clear communication, and collaborative decision-making, and I aim to provide care that is both clinically sound and responsive to each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and centered on the whole person. I take time to listen carefully, understand each client’s unique story, and work together to create a treatment plan that feels realistic, respectful, and tailored to their needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, respectful first session focused on understanding their concerns, history, and goals. I take time to listen, answer questions, and begin building a treatment plan that feels clear, realistic, and supportive.

The first visit usually includes reviewing symptoms, past treatment, medications, stressors, and what the client hopes to change. My goal is to create a calm, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and involved in their care from the start.
